 By filling out the form below, it is also possible to request an offer or make a reservation directly. The reservation is finalized after confirmation and once the deposit has been received.

Booking rules 

• The guesthouse is a detached house that is always rented out only as a whole.
• It can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights, with a minimum of 2 guests and a maximum of 6 guests.
• Reservations can only be made, modified or cancelled in writing.
• The accommodation can be used only after the full booking fee has been paid.

Request for quotation

• A detailed quotation and written booking confirmation will be sent within 1 day of receiving the request. 

• The quotation will include the total accommodation fee, all applicable charges, and the invoicing and payment details required for the bank transfer or other agreed payment method. 
• Acceptance of the confirmation constitutes a binding accommodation contract between the parties

Payment and Deposit

• Following the confirmation, the customer must settle within 1 day 40% of the total amount / deposit by bank transfer.   
• The remaining amount must be paid by bank transfer before arrival or in cash on site.
• The reservation becomes final once the booking fee has been received, which is confirmed within 24 hours in the form of a confirmation.
• Orders placed verbally or their verbal modification are not possible. Any modification of the service contract is only possible with the joint written consent of the contracting parties.
• The price shown in the price list applies per night/person and does not include the local tourist tax, which in Terény is 400 HUF/person/night and is payable above the age of 18.
